Welcome to Zipporra Studios! I'm Jana—a finance professional by day, and a storyteller at heart. Whether through photos, film, or now the written word, I’ve always been drawn to the magic of capturing moments and crafting narratives that resonate.
My creative journey began in 2016, when I bought my first camera with hard-earned tips from my Tim Hortons days (thank you, double doubles!). Since then, my trusty Sony Alpha gear has been by my side, helping me freeze time and tell visual stories that speak to the soul.
While I’ve always expressed myself through photography and videography, I’ve recently stepped into a new chapter as an author. Writing allows me to go even deeper—building worlds, exploring emotions, and shaping stories one page at a time. Whether behind the lens or between the lines, storytelling remains my core.
Outside of my creative work, I’m a proud pet parent to a joyful little crew—my dog, cat, fish, and the beloved memory of my sweet hedgehog. Their quirks and cuddles inspire me daily.
I’m also passionate about fashion and makeup, and I believe aesthetics are a powerful part of storytelling. Whether it’s a stylized shoot, a cinematic edit, or a heartfelt novel, I love weaving beauty and emotion together in everything I create.
